TERMS AND CONDITIONS Aura and Vibe Montana Last updated: May 2026

1. Overview These terms apply to all photography services provided by Aura and Vibe Montana, owned and operated by Kelsey Anderson, based in Missoula, Montana. By booking a session you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking and Payment Payment in full is due at the time of booking to secure your session date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your date is not held until payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice and I will do my best to find a new date that works. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to forfeit the retainer. In the event of severe weather or an emergency on my end, your session will be rescheduled at no penalty to you.

4. Delivered Images Each session includes 36 professionally edited images delivered via an online gallery within 2 to 3 weeks of your session date. Images are edited at my discretion and reflect my artistic style. Raw or unedited files are not available.

5. Copyright and Usage Kelsey Anderson retains full copyright of all images. You are granted a personal use license to share and print your images for personal and professional purposes. Images may not be sold or licensed to third parties. Aura and Vibe Montana reserves the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before your session.

6. Model Release By booking a session you grant Aura and Vibe Montana permission to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes including social media, website, and print. If you prefer your images remain private please let me know before your session and I will honor that request.

7. Liability Aura and Vibe Montana is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during an outdoor session. Clients participate at their own risk. I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control including weather, equipment failure, or location access issues.
